Civilian rehabilitation and reconciliation well in progress

"The war against the terrorists is now over, and the Tamil-speaking people should be protected. They should be able to live without fear and mistrust," President Mahinda Rajapaksa said declaring victory. As promised by the President, around 100 child soldiers have been housed in Ambepussa, a camp for child soldiers.
